Having trouble showing one my sections and related elements on mobile

Hello,

For the others sections of my website for the same page I am able to show or hide elements from mobile. I having trouble with this sections not showing up on the mobile view thought and have tried looking at page and section settings in multiple views. I also do not see the eye icon for this that usually shows up. Any advice? Thanks
