font color change in editing elements

I have photos in a section, when I select edit element, I can change the text content, but no way I can see to change the pale grey font color that appears in the description box below phot. How do I change the font color in the element photo description?

Ok, so this is the data list element on your Services page.
When you click on that element and go under More > Advanced > Style, you'll see two buttons at the top. Click on Data List Item and you'll see the option to change the color for that text.
