Fix ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED message.

How do I fix an error when I try to connect via my URL on Chrome to my website? I keep getting an ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED message and my website doesn't show up. It's not my internet connection because I can get into my homestead account and work on my site builder. I recently changed my settings back to default because I left Google Workspace and redirected back to homestead. Thanks for any help!
