Do Homestead Reps still reply to these posts?

Does anyone know if Homestead Reps still reply to any of these posts? If anyone reading this could help me, I'd appreciate it. I have made certain categories of products invisible on my store site while I add new ones. However, when I publish, customers can see ALL products, even the ones I made invisible. I had to make the entire store temporarily invisible now, because of that. 

Also, is there a way to delete old orders from showing from years ago? Hoping there's a way to control Orders list when editing the store.
