Customers can not connect to website

We received few comments from our customers that they can not connect to the website. I tried and I had the same result as well. Also, one pointed out that our website is not secure, http, not https, even before the recent problem and he suspect there is a certificate issue. We can not connect any way trying to connect to www.masjidalrahmanri.com

Sign into your homestead account and check the following:

Make sure your billing information is up to date

Go to your DOMAINS manager and be sure your domain has the SSL activated.  That can be checked as one of the options in the little box that has info all about your domain.

You didn't say, but are you using SiteBuilder Plus or Website Builder?  Sitebuilder Plus is so far out of date, it crashes a lot.  You really do need it to be secure.  Website Builder is "automatically" secure through the Homestead DNS servers.    If all of these things are in order, call them at 800-710-1998  They are answering their phones 9am-8pm eastern time.
