Custom Forms
In the past, I used SiteBuilder Plus, and was able to create custom forms. Now I am using WebsiteBuilder and can't find the option. Is it no longer available?

Nope- no forms in Website Builder (other than contact) If you just need a simple form, try JotForm. If you need something more flexible and dynamic, check out Formsite (it is not free but I use the 10 form plan for many things and I like it a lot.)
