captcha not working

I added the contact form to my website. I went to my iphone, brought up the website, navigated to the contact form, entered the information but the site said the captcha was wrong. I repeated this 5 times. I did not enter the captcha wrong once, much less 5 times. This means my clients can't contact me. Please fix this.
