Can't Find New Website in Website Manager

I updated our old homestead website with the mobile version in website builder.  Created a new domain within homestead, then pointed the old website's domain to our new website.  

It transferred fine and looks great.  

Now I can't get in to the new version to make edits.  When I go to Website Manager the new domain I created is no longer listed. When I click on the old site, that I directed to go to the new site, I see our old site. I'm not finding the new website anywhere on website manager.  The only place I can find the new website is online when I enter our old website's url.  Anybody know what's happening here?
