404 Server Error File not Found

I experienced this a short time ago. Spoke to someone at Homestead and he fixed it. Now it is back. Why does it happen at all? How can I get access to our site?

The problem and fix that are referenced in the linked pages do not correspond to my problem. I am having trouble accessing the website through the Homestead.com site so that I can edit the site. Normally, I click on Websites Manager and get access to a page with a dropdown list with two sites. At the moment when I click on Websites Manager I get a 404 Server Error: File not found. Please help.
