Hello,
I am unable to replicate this issue. I was able to create a new site, choose a design, and go into the editor. Are you still seeing this issue on your end?

My clients are getting the same response after submitting a form (The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.y clients are getting the same message) even though I get the form just fine.
