need to create a new site using old site information

Is there anyone at Homestead that can take my existing site and turn it into a new modern site?  I am not able to do it myself, and of course I know I will have to pay for it.  I would like to use someone that is familiar with Homestead and  can do it faster/easier than starting with another website host/home.
