Sitebuilder is pretty old and because of that, some strange things happen. I found this article that may resolve your issue, but you might really want to consider reinventing your site on the Website Builder. I have done many of those, and will be happy to help you navigate through that process. You are welcome to call me to ask those questions. Follow the steps in this article to locate the password, remove it, save, and publish and it will no longer request a password when visiting that page.
