I created a website - andover175.hoomesteadcloud.com - and at least one person other than myself has reported accessing the site multiple times and yet the stats page shows not activity what-so-ever? What may be the problem?

I'm so sorry. Unfortunately, we happen to have an issue with our WebsiteBuilder stats right now. We have a ticket out to resolve this and hopefully, it will be working soon, but there is currently no ETA.
One recommendation would be to use Google Analytics:
