Website Down for weeks now and no one is helping in your Tech Support office
My website being down is causing me to lose business, which is not ideal.
This is unacceptable. Despite several attempts to resolve the issue with my domain's DNS records, I have received nothing but unhelpful responses. This is causing me to lose business and money, and I urgently need it fixed.

It's too hard to find support, it's a deciding factor for me to not use storefront, I don't want bank hours if something were to happen. There used to be email support, is that no longer? Some things I might not want posted to a message board.
