Transferring use of another website carrier

Unable to delete nameservers to add new dns numbers to transfer use to a new website carrier.

For two days message "partners experiencing technical difficulties."

I am having a similar issue. After taking all of the proper steps to transfer my domain (made sure my email address is listed as the administrative contact, unlocked my domain, disabled privacy), I click "Email your authorization code,” but I keep getting an error message that says: "There was an error retrieving this domain's contact email. Please try again later."

I keep trying again ... it keeps giving me that same error message. 

I am disturbed that you have been dealing with this for two days! Are you still getting the error message now? (Sunday?)
