Site not updating

I really, really hate to ask but is anyone else having issues with their site not updating? I published changes about an hour ago and they are still not showing on the live site. We have been down a this road a few times before and when it is a widespread issue the fix has taken up to several days. Hoping this is just us and can be fixed easily once customer service is available in the morning. I have cleared our cache already and published again, but no luck. Anyone else? Thanks!
