Thank you. My site association is correct. I know that doesn't make sense, but it is. The link on security indicates not to follow the directions unless you have SiteBuilder Plus, which I don't. If I remember correctly, you only get SiteBuilder Plus with a windows based computer. I appreciate your recommendations though. It's more than what I got when I called the help number.

That domain is set to redirect to myhoustonpsychologist.com. Is this what you want to happen?

@elyzabethv​ I called tech support today and in playing around with it, we discovered that it didn’t do the redirect when using private browsing. We cleared the history and the cache and it still did it. However, when I included the www. in the URL, not only did it not redirect then, but it stopped redirecting to the wrong website altogether. No one knows why, but apparently the problem is solved. Thanks for wanting to help though.

BTW, it is supposed to redirect to myhoustonpsychologist.com. It was redirecting to texaspsych.com which is not my website.
