Prior thread- from just a few days ago 'not available'???

I have an issue with my business email bouncing back- not able to respond to customers.

Reference- https://community.homestead.com/conversations/default_topic/rejected-emails-due-to-spf-and-dkim-hi-my-emails-are-being-rejected/642b1d2bc7087e024ed22a2d?commentId=642b464d766515012bcfa07e&replyId=6463dc2512c5ef01361275f2

For some reason now that thread can't be responded to.

I clicked the option in the settings to go back to default- as the settings she suggested were from 4 years ago... ?  The 2023 default should be the right answer, no?

Regardless- I just sent a test email to a customer and it still bounced.

Help?  Can you 'update' my spf / dkim now?

We run our own business- and pay you to take care of the website / email hosting stuff.

I see a LOT of people with the same complaints due to Google- but that's on you to figure out the fix for Google and help us.

You can't expect us to have any idea how all this works....or else WE would be your kind of company....instead of what we do for a living to pay you every month...for year after year after year....  please FIX THIS!!!

Hello,

I double-checked DNS settings for your domain and the SPF record is correct. Also looking at server logs I see some emails that were originally declined are now showing delivered.

If you continue to receive bounce back messages please include the full text of the bounce, so we can investigate further.
