Some of my pages are showing a server connection error after submission, especially those with forms with multiple fields. This issue started in September 2025, and after six months, it still hasn’t been resolved.
The error shown is:
500 - Internal server error.
There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.
Russell, none of those options help resolve the problem, and that’s because you’re not part of the Homestead team or their technical support. The issue is on their end, and they are responsible for resolving it.
Try saving in bits i.e. paragraphs, headings, images etc on entry. I had the same issue and discovered that it was a particular line and graphic that caused the problem with my blog. This was not recognised in the editor. Once that was removed, I could save the whole blog without issue. This might work.
