My website is showing as not secure, and the site cannot be reached in google chrome on desktop

In Edge the site will load, but it shows as not secure.  Through Android Chrome mobile, the site will load, but it shows as not secure.  Through Chome desktop the site shows as not secure.  In addition, it will not load, giving a "this site can't be reached error".

What is causing these two errors?

In addition, I am trying to upload photos of my error messages, but I keep getting error messages for that too.
