My plan does not include a store but a chrome shows items I don't even sell

When I look at my site in web builder, and click store, it says I have to upgrade to add a store, however, somehow some store items must be tied to it.  How do I get rid of those?  I would love to upload a photo, but I have been unable to attach photos to any posts today.

Basically, if I search on "looseinathicket", the listing looks like this:
