Migrating images

I just got finished redesigning the home page on my website and the two navigational buttons (the red arrows) aren't positioned where they're supposed to be; they should be centered under the featured comic as they are in my site builder but the finished website shows them in the lower right where my second ad box is, which makes no sense. I tried moving the buttons every which way I could and even deleting/re-adding them but nothing works. And it's not my browser either as this is how it looks on all of them. There's no reason for this to be happening but it is. Please help.
