Mail Delivery Errors ..... How can we STOP this???

Absolutely terrible email service!!!!! Half of my emails are getting kicked back with various error messages. Many other going into customers junk or spam folders and customers thinking i never got back to them. Losing business due to prospective new customers emailing inquiries on using our services without leaving their phone number then when i reply if it goes to their junk and they never look there they think i just never responded and they left me no other way to contact them so they find another business to go to. I've looked into changing host company at this point. Unacceptable!

Yes, I have called at least a dozen times and they always say they were going to do some thing to fix it like something that gets my email verified or some thing else or last time. They said they were going to switch my email to the different server, and nothing has helped. This list week was worse than ever!

Sometimes, on shared hosting where many customers use the same email servers, they get detected as contributing to spam and unnecessarily get blacklisted by a few recipient email servers and RBLs. We do have a system in place that monitors our mailout server IPs for their reputation at RBLs that sends out reports periodically. Our Network Operations team rotates the blocked IPs automatically and that should resolve any blocks our servers may have, given time. We do recommend trying to resend the bounced emails.
Additionally, we have already informed our engineering team regarding this issue and our engineers are working towards a fix on increasing the reputation. I'm afraid we do not have an ETA on this. We appreciate your patience while we resolve this issue.

Hello, I talked to my husband’s cousin who works with computers and this sort of stuff and he suggested to try to change my password to something very long and complex so I did that and it has improved things greatly!

@allison6888​ They are having issues, this is not an individual issue. Their systems are old and they had hoped most would switch over to Gmail instead of using the Homestead/Roundcube email. It seems they are not going to do much to improve the free email and will allow all to suffer until we pay more to switch to the Gmail which will also be a headache.
