January 15th changes

If you are like I am and have been a faithful customer for years and you are concerned about the changes coming in 2026 and you haven't been able to reach anyone at Homestead to receive answers to your concerns. Do what I did and go to networksolutions.com and ask any questions

you may have or concerns to them and receive an immediate response. Hope that helps.

Well,..... I've been with homestead.com since 2005, way before they switched over to the new cloud builder site and I've been suffering ever since..... I just found out today 12/19/25, via customer service - that they're no longer even up-dating the old Sitebuilder plus platform. I guess this explains why the site is freezing up..... unable to preview a page even with clearing cache and using multiple browsers ..... can't upload large files anymore......not to mention the (Error code 0x08) server issues. It almost feels like they're trying to force us to upgrade to the new cloud website. That wouldn't be an issue besides the fact that you can't copy and paste pages, or upload mp4 or audio files without using YouTube. They've outsourced everything!!!!.......What a good way to treat loyal day 1 customers that have spent years on this site building tons of pages all for nothing. You can't even transfer page files to the new cloud site. I wonder if Network Solutions can help me with any of that ???? ...... by the way, what happened to the partnership with WEB.com and why did they jump ship??..... Never mind, I think I have a clue.... God bless!
