ISSUE ADDING PHOTOS TO STORE ITEMS

I've been doing the same thing for years, adding products and photos for those products with no issues. Yesterday, I attempted to add another item in the store and add a photo. Clicked "add image" and it sends me to a new interface. I clicked "add image" on the new interface, selected the image and it just sits there spooling. I've attempted this several times with the same results. One time, I even waited over 20 minutes and still nothing.

Whats going on? Please advise.
