Hello, anyone there?

I find it very annoying that this "help" board is not monitored and that questions are not answered.  I know most of us are asking questions that seem very elementary to the people that should be monitoring this board, but most of your help subjects and videos posted are YEARS (6-12 years) old and not relevant to using Websitebuilder.  We pay a lot in my estimation to use your platform and help should be easier to obtained and found.  At least update your help topics and videos if you don't want to answer individual comments or questions!

There are a couple of people who "look over" this community forum, but it is mostly answered by regular people who may or may not have answers to questions.  If you have a pressing question, you can call them (although I have to say I probably know more than they do and they are not as helpful as they once were at Homestead)  I think their goal is to drive us all away over to Web.com.  That logic is flawed because if they can't support customers on the Homestead side, why in the world would we switch to their other product?!  Anyway  if you want to try talking to someone , call 800-710-1998.

Thank you Lynn, I appreciate your response, I just find it frustrating.  I was proficient at Sitebuilder + and dragged my feet far too long to switch. I actually went to AI to help me with questions that did help me immediately, (Google Gemini) it was amazing and quick. All questions were answered to my satisfaction and very comprehensively.  However that being said, Homestead should pay attention to us, we certainly pay enough for this platform. Regards!

Hello,

The articles regarding our editors haven't changed much because the builders themselves haven't changed much. If you do come across an article that is different than how it looks in WebsiteBuilder, please just comment on that article to let me know, and I'll be happy to work on correcting that.
