On the Mobile App (iOS & Android)
Open Google Maps: Launch the app on your phone.
Tap Profile: Tap your profile picture or initial (top right) to open the menu.
Go to Settings: Select Settings from the menu.
Edit Location: Tap Edit home or work (under Account settings) or go to Your places > Labeled, as shown in some versions.
Select Home: Find your current "Home" address and tap the three dots next to it.
Edit: Choose Edit home (or Edit work).
Enter New Address: Type your new address in the search bar and select the correct suggestion from Google Maps.
Save: Tap Save, Done, or the checkmark to confirm.
On the Web (Browser)
Open Google Maps: Go to Google Maps in your browser and sign in.
Open Menu: Click the three horizontal lines (menu icon) in the top left.
Go to Saved: Click Saved, then Labeled.
Edit Home: Click the three dots next to your "Home" address and select Edit home.
Enter & Save: Type your new address in the search box and save the changes.
