Hello Good Day!
We do not have any tool or support for uploading files if your editor is Website Builder. In SiteBuilder, however, the File Manager provides an option to upload files. Please note that some content, files, or images may not be supported by the editor. The best option is to copy and paste the website content manually. Thank you
