ERROR: USPS Attribute "address_from.email" must not be empty
April 7 - unresolved ticket # 1956103619561036: Customer Service, Escalation Team, and Engineering have not been helpful in addressing and resolving this persistent issue, now a full week since first experienced. The interactions with Customer Service have been poor in understanding the problem and communicating it upwards, and Engineering has produced nonworking or nonsensical instructions to address the issue. And someone closed the ticket when the error had not been resolved!
Can someone please address and resolve? It is beyond frustrating that any issue is taking more than 1 week to be attended to with no meaningful information or progress.
