Email Update from Homestead Customer Service
I'm on with a homestead customer service person - I was on hold for 25 minutes LOL - he says it is a homestead server issue and not a web.com. issue. Their engineers are working on it and expect it to be resolved by today - meaning by the end of the day. I was advised to periodically check to see if back up and running.
There is concern that emails sent out did not go - so you may need to re-send emails. I was told that all incoming emails will populate once the system is back up.

That sounds like BS!
If an email bounces back saying "your email does NOT exist", how will it repopulate?
I need to leave Homestead!

Hello,
We did experience email issues earlier this afternoon, but they have been resolved. The email queue may take some time to get everything delivered that backed up during this outage.

I haven't been able to send emails to any gmail accounts for months and have been trying to get it fixed. Does anyone have the customer service number for homestead?
