Domain still pending renewal...

Our card on our account was paused for fraud and we didn't know how to log into homestead to fix the problem. (Web developer set up the account) Called and had everything fixed and a new card on the account about two weeks ago. Still getting this message "This domain is pending renewal or has expired. Please contact the domain provider with questions." when trying to access our website. Is there something I need to do? Waiting until 9 to call this morning.
