Hello,

I was able to load into the builder rather quickly on my end and you site is very small, so I don't see any reason this should be experiencing issues. It may have been a temporary issue. If you try again, do you still get stuck at that message?

I tried using Edge and Chrome, and 2 different computers on different networks and am still experiencing the same problem. I need to edit my site. I cannot find a number for your support. I moved and need to update website bad!! Losing customers. When I go to SiteBuilder Plus, It hangs up on "Copying updated files. This might take a few minutes" I have let it go for hours and it doesn't change from that screen.
