Contact Form

On the previous version a customer would fill out the form and press submit and the email would send and I would get an email that a new customer has requested information from you. On the new website builder you fill out the entire form then press submit and an email window pops up where you have to fill all the information out again. How do I fix that? I want the same functionality as the previous Sitebuilder had.
