Why will Homestead not let you combine pages into 1 page with multiple sections?

Hello, We don't have a tool in the builder to automatically combine pages, but you are definitely able to manually do this.
I use the copy and paste function but when I try to move the new section to the top, the page scrolls up and overlaps the now second page. then the move does not pick up just the one page.
Are you able to call in to speak with support about this? I'm not able to replicate this issue: 1-800-710-1998
