Cannot upload images to store

It has been a week since I have been able to upload new products to my store.  Numerous phone calls and emails and still no solution.  This is the third time this has happened and it is very frustrating.  I go thru the process of clearing cache and cookies as well as use new browser.  Last time it was two weeks for them to fix the issue.  Anyone else experiencing this?
