Cannot access my DNS records.

Each time I try to access my DNS records, I get 

"Oops! Looks like no website builder site found for this domain , please try resetting domain by creating website."

Also, my website will not load.

Please help.

What is your website address? What builder are you using, SB+ or Websitebuilder?

You can review your registration details by using: https://lookup.icann.org/en/lookup

Your DNS settings look correct:

  • Nameservers:

    NS1.MDNSSERVICE.COM

    NS2.MDNSSERVICE.COM

    NS3.MDNSSERVICE.COM

Yes. The website will not publish.  It states that the site can't be reached.

Jennifer, I am having the same darn problem.  However, never had an issue in adding a cname to the DNS records.  I have to call the help people on Monday-4/1/24

I called them today.  They told me they were having issues with the DNS records.  They did not give me a time when the issues will be resolved..
