Is there a way to make a scrolling "back to top" button? I want to add a "back to top" scrolling image to each page of the site. I want to use my own image. Is this possible in Homestead hosted website?

Are you using SB+?
If so, place an anchor link at the top of the page. Add your icon at the bottom and use the anchor link at the top of the page for the destination.

Hello,
Since you're using WebsiteBuilder, you can use Element Behaviors to create an anchor link to scroll to an element at the top:
