After submit button

After the clicking the submit button, the person completing the form did not receive the "thank you for your registration" reply that I set up.

I input the response in the advanced tab - manage form - settings - submit settings - on submit message "thank you for your registration" - finish.

This is not working properly for my registrants.

There is an option in the form settings that says "Clear form on Submit"

I would recommend turning this on.

This is happening to me too, www.cindyslegacy.org.

As a result, we get multiple blank submissions because the person doesn't know if the form has been sent so I guess they continue hitting the "send" button.

Have the same problem. The email goes through, the form clears, but there is no success message.  I don't think the recaptcha button is working either, we've been getting some strange spam from other countries. Hello Builder!
