Hello,
You can add Facebook icons and Facebook feeds to any site, but we don't have any templates that have any specific connection to other communities.
What do you mean by a phone app? Like an app you can download to edit your website? If so, no. It can only be done via a computer.

It confirms that Homestead will not meet my needs at this time.
