Can you provide a description of your business?
We are an Australian not for profit organization that provides opportunities for individuals from different cultures to perform and engage in cross cultural musical exchanges and participate in altruistic life-changing projects. Our chosen cause is to help educate vulnerable children in Africa.
How did you get started in this business?
One day seven years ago, I was overcome with an undeniable urge to gather Australian community choir members to travel to Africa to work alongside The African Children's Choir in the slums of Uganda. Since then we have had 6 teams totaling over 200 volunteers travel to Uganda. We have also hosted The African Children's Choir tours to Australia four times, raising funds for their education.
How do you market your business?
Emails to community choirs, Facebook, website and word of mouth.
How has technology, such as computers and the internet, impacted on how you conduct business?
It would be impossible to conduct our business, as much of it is regularly communicating with Uganda. Without FB messenger or Whats App it would be extremely difficult to achieve what we have.
How important is social media to your business?
Hugely important. Our followers track our progress on tour and have the opportunity to see where their donations end up.

I have two recommendations:
1) Since you do accept donations and have a contact form, is to go through
the process of securing your site. That will help give peace of mind to
visitors and they will be more likely to be willing to put their
information on your site. Here is a link to instructions we have to help

2) On your mobile site, I would recommend making your images smaller. This will make it more likely that visitors will view the rest of your site. To do this, go into the desktop editor, click on the image, click More, and change the layout to "fit" (I recommend this for the logo and the image that says KWAYA) Then go into the mobile editor and reduce the size of the images. Maybe put them next to each other. This would reduce the space on your website and help customers get to the content they are looking for faster.

In regard to your site being secure, I actually see that when you go to https://www.kwaya.org/ it works, which means you just have to go back and finish the last two steps in the Cloudflare instructions. There are two settings that need to be turned on, very simple.
