PowerListings Scan Results

When visiting the Business Listing tab on my Homestead accounting all of my business info appeared, however, there 0 Location Data Errors Detected. I received this message for each listings "Temporary problem scanning on this publisher.
The publisher system is not responding to our scanning requests. This is a temporary situation and will be fixed shortly." 

Does anyone know why this message is present? 

Do I have to choose a plan via Enhance Your Listings with LocalLift to correct this problem? OR Should I contact Homestead support to correct this issue? Pleae reply...
