form won't submit to email address it has previously sent to
I have forms that have been sent to our email address that no longer work - I changed the email address to my personal email address and it worked.
The DIFFERENCE in the 2 email addresses is that the one that I had been using and doesn't work anymore is one that begins with "info," i.e. info@reddoor...
The email address that I can use that will work is xanfmorrow@....
I did a search on the "HELP" page and couldn't find an answer.Please help.

Hello,
Is it just the form emails that aren't coming through on that email address, or are you not able to get ANY emails?
If it is just the form emails, it's possible that they're being redirected as spam/junk. You can try adding the email address that the form submissions come from to your Contacts.
