Website running VERY slow last week

Ive been asking for help for over a week, trying to get some help with the issue that is my website intermittently running extremely slow. Ive been on the chat on this forum and on the phone, only to be told everything is running normally.
Ive had my site for 5 years, and I can tell you its not running normally, it will run smoothly up to a point, then it just grinds to a halt, takes up to one minute at times to open pages, with the browser stating waiting on your server.
I just done a test and you can see in the image, my page took 67.5 seconds to load, but if you look again, you will see the first time bite was 64 seconds, meaning it took 64 seconds to communicate with the server (Homestead)
Can you please for the hundredth time help me with this issue and stop pushing me aside with pathetic one line answers saying my site is fine.
