Trying to install Rafflecopter

I'm trying to launch a giveaway on my website's blog page using Rafflecopter. I installed the html code Rafflecopter provided and the widget isn't appearing - only a strange message that reads 'Engaging Giveaway Thrusters' Is Rafflecopter compatible with Homestead?
