Template description shows on facebook

I used a template (homestead) to set up my web site, it was titled "Dog Breeder" in the template library. I used it and made edits to use it for a different type of business and I'm happy with it. When I post my link on facebook the "Dog Breeder" description still shows. How can I remove this or change it to my business type?
