My webpage looks right from the websites manager, but on some computers, it does not. Why is this happening?

On some computers, there are lines out of place (like lines going through words, being out of alignment, etc..), but on my home computer and on the Mebsites Manager, everything looks correct. Cookies have been deleted and the problem persists.
