How change website

I just started on changing to a new website, didn't do it right and didn't get the site I wanted to work with. How do I change to the site I want?

Change the site association:

To change the website associated with your domain in Homestead, you need to update the website's DNS records to point to your new site. This typically involves accessing your domain's DNS settings and making changes to the CNAME record or A record.
Here's a step-by-step guide:
  1. Log in to your Homestead Account Manager .
  2. Navigate to your domain settings. You'll likely find this under the "Domains" section or a similar heading.
  3. Access the DNS settings for your domain. This might involve clicking on a "Launch" button or "Edit Zone" option.
  4. Locate the CNAME record (or A record) for your domain. The most common practice is to use a CNAME record pointing to websites.homestead.com.
  5. Edit the CNAME (or A) record. Change the "Points to" field to point to the new website's address or domain.
  6. Save the changes. Ensure you save the updated DNS settings. This may take some time to propagate, so it may take a while for the changes to reflect.
