Homestead has been working well until today. Now I am being asked to sychronize my whole site again.

Homestead has been working well until today. Now I am being asked to synchronize my whole site again. So what has happened this time. Please not more upgrading. I have synchronized all the web pages and now I am being asked to synchronize all my photos.These run into hundreds and hundreds. Please help me . I feel so depressed to have all this problem over again.
