Contact Form has an issue

Just noticed site builder + has a new issue being the contact form. Mine stopped working after years of use.

Maybe it has a vulnerability issue, because I recently set my cloudflare to full encryption ( both ways ) in order to try getting the credible https status.

I figure maybe the contact form is being flagged as a potential manipulation point regarding information hacks.
