I have been asking for someone to cancel my account since for several months now. You are still charging me. It is ridiculous that you require someone to call in during business hours though I am not available to do so. Cancel my account immediately!

@russell5607 nobody can call for me. I am stating on this platform that I want to cancel services yet I am being charged for months afterwards. I have a job and other responsibilities. Just cancel. This is the biggest scam out there.

As long as you refuse to do the cancellation the correct way, you will probably be charged. Support will need you to give them your ID and Password to make sure it is the right account and other security reasons. No One Is In The Office except during business hours Pacific Time:
